Welcome to Tide Isles Laundry. By accessing or using our online platform, including for viewing services, pricing, online booking, and scheduling, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our site and services, you signify your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Tide Isles Laundry provides a range of laundry and garment care services, including but not limited to:

3. Online Booking and Scheduling

Our online platform allows you to book and schedule laundry and dry cleaning services. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. While we strive to adhere to scheduled times, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you of any significant delays.

4. Garment Care and Responsibility

Tide Isles Laundry exercises utmost care in the cleaning and processing of articles entrusted to us and uses methods best suited to the nature and conditions of each article. However, we cannot guarantee against color loss, shrinkage, or damage to articles due to inherent defects, weaknesses, or pre-existing conditions. We are not responsible for items left in garments, and customers are advised to thoroughly check all items prior to drop-off or pickup.

For garment repair services, while we take all reasonable care, we cannot guarantee the complete restoration of damaged items. Repair success depends on the nature and extent of the damage.

5. Pricing and Payments

Service prices are as listed on our online platform and are subject to change without prior notice. Payment is due upon delivery or collection of services, unless otherwise agreed. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our site. All prices are in local currency.

6. Pick-up and Delivery

For scheduled pick-ups and deliveries, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that items are ready for collection at the agreed time and that someone is available to receive delivered items. Unattended items left for collection or delivery are at the customer's risk.

Items not collected within 30 days of notification will be disposed of without liability to Tide Isles Laundry.

7. Limitation of Liability

In the rare event of loss or damage to an article during our service, Tide Isles Laundry's liability will be limited to 10 times the charge for cleaning that item, not to exceed a predetermined maximum amount per item, regardless of brand or condition. This limitation of liability does not apply to consequential or incidental damages.

Claims for lost or damaged articles must be made within 48 hours of pick-up or delivery of the affected items.

8. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information regarding how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information. Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.

9. Modifications to Terms

Tide Isles Laundry reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our online platform and will become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
